Logging into WorkBee is fast, intuitive and secure.

When you log in for the first time, you will need to complete:

  • An activation step, where you click a link in an email you receive, and choose a password

  • A first time log in where you enter the company ID (which is workbee), and user name from the email you received, along with the password you chose.

  • Multi-factor-authentication setup - you can either use an authenticator app for this (if you use one) or you can receive a code via SMS text message/voice call. You can also now authenticate using an email address if you prefer.

  • Some security questions in case you ever lose access to your account.

If you choose to use WorkBee on the web, you can find it at dayforcehcm.com

If you choose to use WorkBee on the app, download the Dayforce app from your app store (links are available at the top of this page).

‼️Please note‼️
Your first time access email will go to your personal email address, and not your company email address.


Once you have logged in and authenticated your account, a confirmation email will be sent to your work email.


forgotten your password?

Go to dayforcehcm.com in your browser

Type in workbee as the company ID

Type in your username - usually "firstname.lastname"

Click on Forgot Password?

Enter either your username or your email address and click Submit.


Then check your emails for an email that looks like this:

Click the link in this email,

You'll then be asked for the answers to your security questions from earlier.

Fill these out and click Submit.


Then, you'll be allowed to enter a new password. 

THINGS TO REMEMBER

  • You can use Workbee on the web at dayforcehcm.com and you can use Workbee on the Dayforce app. It's up to you!

Some phones might prompt you to install a web app on your phone during the login process, we advice against doing this, and recommend installing the full Dayforce app from your app store.

  • Your activation email will come from "notify@dayforce.com". If you're struggling to find it, check your junk/spam folders, or do a search in your email inbox for "dayforce".

  • Multi-factor Authentication is an important security step, and you'll need to set this up during your first log in. Follow the onscreen instructions, or watch the video again above for more information.

  • Your security questions are also important, as you may need your answers to these when resetting your password / getting a reminder of your username, or contacting HR. Choose something memorable that only you know the answer to.
