Timesheets
For cleaning companies that clock in and out
Say goodbye to boring spreadsheets for clocking in and out for your shifts, and say hello to WorkBee!
Watch our training video below to see how it's done:

IMPORTANT!
The video above says that you should choose basic pay as the pay code when entering shifts, however this is only if you are a salaried worker.
If you are paid hourly (zero-hours contract), you must enter zero hours as the pay code when adding the shift.
Continue to use the travel pay code for travel to/from/between jobs.
Install the Dayforce app. You can do this using the links above.
After you've logged in, use the customise menu feature to add a handy Timesheet shortcut in your Dayforce app.
Each "leg" or "segment" of your work day needs to be logged as a separate shift. This means a shift for travel time, a shift for the job you're working and then a shift for the travel time back home.
Remember to SAVE the timesheet as you go.
If you're editing or amending shifts from previous pay periods - or for the current period if the payroll cut-off has been reached - then you won't see the changes you've made straight away. Instead you'll see them as amendments on future payslips (retrospective adjustments).
